基于齿向修形的抛物线锥齿轮仿真分析

摘  要:针对抛物线球面渐开线锥齿轮,通过剖析球面渐开线的形成原理构建球面渐开线方程,利用平面曲线的空间变换获得缠绕在基圆锥表面的齿线,结合UG二次开发快速构建齿轮模型。通过更改齿线方程,实现齿向修形。将修形前后的齿轮模型导入Workbench进行仿真。分析在相同转矩情况下,修形前后齿轮的啮合情况。结果表明,修形后的齿轮啮合情况优于修形前,应力集中情况明显改善,提升齿轮使用寿命。同时相比于修形前,修形后的齿轮轴向力更小,有利于轴承寿命。For parabolic spherical involute bevel gears, the spherical involute equations are constructed by analyzing the formation principle of spherical involute. The tooth lines wrapped around the surface of the base cone are obtained by using the spatial transformation of plane curves. The gear model is quickly constructed by combining it with the secondary development of UG. By changing the tooth profile equation, tooth profile modification can be achieved. The gear model before and after trim-ming is imported into Workbench for simulation. The meshing of the gears before and after re-shaping is analyzed under the same torque. The results show that the meshing condition of the gears after reshaping is better than that before reshaping, and the stress concentration is signifi-cantly improved, which enhances the service life of the gears. Meanwhile, the axial force of the shaped gear is smaller than that before shaping, which is favorable to the bearing life.
