摘　　要：依托现代智慧供应链建设成果,推动公司供应链数字化转型战略落地实施,深化供应链运营成为现阶段公司重点工作。本文围绕物资履约相关环节的业务需求,结合相关理论分析,构建供应链核心业务统计分析模型,提升供应链运营问题解决能力;打造供应链专业合规性风险监控机制,加强供应链合规风险防控能力,持续推动供应链运营智慧化发展。Relying on the achievement of modern smart supply chain construction, deepening supply chain operation has become the focus of the company at this stage, promoting the implementation of the company’s supply chain digital transformation strategy. This paper analyses business requirements of material fulfillment and conducts relevant theoretical analysis to build a statistical analysis model of supply chain core business, which helps improve the problem-solving ability of supply chain operation. Besides, building supply chain compliance risk monitoring mechanism to strengthen the capacity of supply chain compliance risk prevention and control, which continuously promotes the intelligent development of supply chain operations.
