摘 要:利用2020~2022年上海市优质工程奖获奖项目构建建筑企业合作网络,使用指数随机图模型(ERGM),结合网络内生结构效应、资源依赖理论与多维邻近性理论研究企业合作网络的形成机制。实证结果表明,建筑企业合作网络中存在传递性和择优连接性;技术资源、信息技术资源、声誉资源和管理能力正向影响网络形成,但信息技术资源的作用效果并不稳定;关系邻近性正向影响网络形成,而制度邻近性则不利于合作关系的形成。因此企业应重视培养核心竞争力以增强外界对企业的依赖,借助网络的传递性基于既有合作关系寻求新的合作机会,通过合作的方式开拓市场。研究成果有助于拓宽对建筑企业合作关系形成的内在规律的认识。Based on the Quality Award projects in Shanghai from 2020 to 2022, the collaborative network of construction firms is constructed, and the exponential random graph model (ERGM) is used to study the formation of an enterprise cooperative network by combining the endogenous structure effect, resource dependence theory and multi-dimensional proximity theory. The empirical results show that there are transitivity and preferred connectivity in the collaborative network of construction firms. Technology resources, information technology resources, reputation, and management ability positively affect network formation, but the effect of information technology resources is not stable. Relational proximity positively affects network formation, while institutional proximity is not conducive to the formation of partnerships. Therefore, firms should attach importance to the cultivation of core competitiveness and enhance the dependence of the outside world on them, and with the help of the transitivity of the network, firms should seek new collaborative opportunities based on the existing relationships and expand the market through collaboration. This study helps to broaden the understanding of the formation of collaborative relationships between construction firms.
