摘 要:伴随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断进步与深入落实,住院医师规范化培训制度的逐步健全,规范化培训是培养高层次临床医师,提高我国医疗质量的重要途径。然而由于各方面条件限制以及自身能力不足,住院医师规范化培训学员在能力提高的过程中易出现职业倦怠等情况。探讨国内外职业倦怠现状,分析其产生原因及影响,为有效预防职业倦怠提供有利依据。提出相应建议与对策,为延缓住院医师规范化培训学员职业倦怠提供参考意义。With the continuous progress and in-depth implementation of the medical and health care system reform and the gradual improvement of the standardized training system for resident physicians, standardized training has become an important way to cultivate high-level clinical physicians and improve the quality of medical care in China. However, due to various limitations and their own insufficient abilities, resident physicians undergoing standardized training are prone to experience job burnout during the process of improving their capabilities. This paper explores the current situation of job burnout at home and abroad, analyzes its causes and impacts, and provides a favorable basis for effectively preventing job burnout. Corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to provide reference significance for delaying job burnout among resident physicians undergoing standardized training.
