摘　　要：目的:调查军队某疗养院护士心理资本及职业认同感现状,并分析其相关性。方法:选取军队某疗养院82例护士为研究对象,发放心理资本与职业认同感问卷。结果:疗养院护士职业认同感总分值(109.12 ±18.23)分,总分及各维度分值高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P F = 3.73, P F = 3.13, P F = 3.26, P F = 3.17, P F = 3.81, P P 【0.05)。结论:军队疗养院护士心理资本及职业认同感处于中等水平,单位应关注年龄段低及聘用制护士的心理状态,提高其积极心理资本,从而提升职业认同感。Objective: To investigate the statusquo of psychological capital and professional identity of nurses in a militarysanatorium, and analyze their correlation. Methods: 82 nurses in a militarysanatorium were selected as the research objects, and psychological capital andprofessional identity questionnaire were distributed.
