摘　　要：重症超声技术如今已经被广泛运用到重症病房的检查、诊断及病情评估中,它以简单、快速、无创、可重复、无辐射等特点,使医生能够实时动态化的评估重症患者的实际病情,对病情的诊评估诊断更全面及时,从而帮助医生制定出更为科学、准确的治疗方案。随着重症超声的不断发展,大家逐渐意识到,重症监护病房患者病情危重变化快,很多护理指标肉眼无法直接观察或者量化,护士熟练掌握超声技术,可以通过其特有的可视化技术辅助患者的病情监测并用以解决护理工作中的难点。现全面总结了重症超声在护理领域中的应用范围。Nowadays, the technology of severeultrasound has been widely used in the examination, diagnosis and evaluation ofpatients in intensive care units. It is simple, rapid, non-invasive, repeatableand non-radiation, to enable doctors to assess the real-time and dynamicconditions of patients with severe illness, more comprehensive and timelydiagnosis, thus helping doctors to formulate a more scientific and accuratetreatment program. With the continuous development of intensive careultrasound, we gradually realized that the critical condition of patients inICU changes rapidly, many nursingindicators can not be directly observed or quantified by observing, nurses who masterthe ultrasonic technique can assist the patients’ condition monitoring andsolve the difficulties in the nursing work through the special visualizationtechnique. This article summarizes the scope of ultrasound application in thefield of intensive care.
