融入社会主义核心价值观的“课程思政”在社区护理教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨融入社会主义核心价值观第三层次的“课程思政”在社区护理学中的实践及应用效果。方法:在2020级专科护理14个班级的社区护理课程中实施教学改革,包括建设课程思政案例资源库、提高教师课程思政教学能力、丰富教学方法、改革考核方式。课程结束后,总结学生反馈意见。结果:753名学生对教师职业素养,教学目标,教学内容,教学过程,教学策略,教学效果等方面持肯定态度。结论:社区护理“课程思政”的开展注重专业知识技能与社会主义核心价值观培养相结合,将思想政治工作贯穿于教育教学全过程,提高了学生对于社区护理的专业态度,为学生树立了良好的个人价值观。Objective: Discuss the applicationeffect of Ideological and Political Theory Education integrated into the thirdlevel of core socialist values in Community Nursing. Methods: Ideological andPolitical Theory Education was incorporated into the course of CommunityNursing among junior college students of grade 2020. It includes theconstruction of ideological and political case resource database, improving teachers’ ideological and political teachingability, enriching teaching methods and reforming assessment methods.Students’ feedback was investigated after this course. Results: The 753 students held positive attitudes towardsteachers’ professional quality, teaching objectives, teaching content, teachingprocess, teaching strategies, and teaching effects. Conclusion: The Ideologicaland Political Theory Education focuses on the combination of professionalknowledge and skills with the training of socialist core values. Theideological and political work runs through the whole process of education andteaching, which improves the students’ professional attitude towards CommunityNursing, and sets up a good personal values for the students.
