摘 要:目的:探究手术室新护士培训中思维导图结合案例讨论法的应用效果。方法:2020年2月到2022年10月,采用简单随机抽样的方式选择本院入职手术室实习的护士共32例为研究对象。根据其入科先后顺序的不同将其分为了对照组与研究组,每组各16名护士。对照组护士主要采用理论 + 技能培训的方式对其展开培训,研究组护士应用思维导图结合案例分析的方式进行培训。通过比较两组护士的理论知识评分、技能操作评分、实际操作评分以及自我导向学习能力与护理质量等得出结论。结果:通过对新护士实施思维导图结合案例讨论法的培训方法显著提升了研究组新护士的理论知识评分、技能操作评分、实际操作评分等(P < 0.01),同时还显著提高了研究组新护士的自我导向学习能力评分(P < 0.01),显著提高了研究组新护士的护理质量评分等(P < 0.01)。结论:思维导图结合案例讨论法的培训方法可显著提高新护士的考核成绩、显著提高新护士的自我导向学习能力以及显著提高其护理质量,提高培训效果等。Objective: To explore the application effect of mind map-ping combined with case discussion method in the training of new nurses in operating room. Meth-ods: From February 2020 to October 2022, a total of 32 nurses in our hospital were selected as sub-jects by simple random sampling. They were divided into a control group and a study group ac-cording to their admission sequence, with 16 nurses in each group. The nurses in the control group were trained mainly by the way of theory + skill training, while the nurses in the study group were trained by the way of mind mapping combined with case analysis. By comparing the theoretical knowledge score, skill operation score, practical operation score, self-directed learning ability and nursing quality of the two groups of nurses, a conclusion was drawn. Results: The training method of mind mapping combined with case discussion method for new nurses significantly improved the theoretical knowledge score, skill operation score and practical operation score of new nurses in the study group (P < 0.01), and also significantly improved the self-directed learning ability score of new nurses in the study group (P < 0.01). The nursing quality score of the new nurses in the study group was significantly improved (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The training method of mind mapping combined with case discussion method can significantly improve the assessment results of new nurses, significantly improve the self-directed learning ability of new nurses, significantly improve their nursing quality and improve the training effect.
