摘 要:目的:探讨护理专业学生课程思政认知及对健康评估课程思政化的需求现状,为思政元素融入健康评估的教学实践提供初步经验。方法:2022年3月~4月,采用质性研究的描述性质性研究方法,于浙江树人大学、温州医科大学、浙江中医药大学、湖州师范学院选取18名本科生为研究对象,进行半结构式访谈。结果:课程思政化模式下,护理专业本科生在认知及需求方面可归纳为4个主题:护理专业本科生对课程思政认知不足、认同课程思政的导向作用及重要性、引领职业认知与价值观正向发展、健康评估课程思政教学实施的期望与需求。结论:护理专业本科生对课程思政认知不全面,高质量的课程思政能有效地激发护理学生的职业道德感与正确的价值观,同时课程思政的融入需要有教学方式的创新性以及师资力量的支撑,从而培养高素质的护理人才,为护理教育事业的发展做贡献。Objective: To investigate the ideological cognition of course and the demand towards ideological education in health assessment courses among nursing students, to offer the initial experience for the teaching practice of integrating ideological element into health assessment. Methods: From March to April 2022, adopting the descriptive method for qualitative research, 18 undergraduates were selected from Zhejiang Shuren University, Wenzhou Medical University, Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Huzhou Normal University for semi-structured interviews. Results: Under the pattern of ideological education, the nursing students in cognition and demand can be included into four subjects: the undergraduate in nursing has cognitive deficits towards the ideology education in the curriculum, identify the guiding role and importance of ideological education in the curriculum, lead the positive development of professional cognition and values, expectations and needs for the implementation of ideological education in health assessment courses. Conclusion: The ideological cognition of course is incomplete among the undergraduate in nursing, the high-quality ideological education can effectively arouse the professional ethics and correct values among students in nursing, the innovation of teaching methods and the support of teachers is needed for the integration of ideological education at the same time, so as to cultivate the high-quality talents in nursing, making contribution to the development of nursing education.
