摘　　要：目的:观察学分制管理模式在手术室骨科专科护士培训中的效果。方法:选取2023年02月~2023年07月期间在长海医院手术室工作的骨科专科护士为研究对象,按照年资进行分层随机分为2组。试验组采用学分制管理模式对骨科护士进行培训,对照组采用授课为导向的常规教学法进行培训,比较两组护士的培训效果。结果:共纳入80名骨科专科护士,其中试验组和对照组各40例。试验组对于骨科手术配合的理论成绩、手术配合熟练度以及医生满意度均高于对照组(P Objective: To observe the effectiveness of the credit-based management model in training orthopedic specialty nurses in the operating room. Methods: Orthopedic specialty nurses working in the operating room of Changhai Hospital from February 2023 to July 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups based on years of experience. The experimental group received training using a credit-based management model, while the control group received training using traditional lecture-based teaching methods. The training effects of both groups were compared. Results: A total of 80 orthopedic specialty nurses, with 40 in each group, were included in the study. The experimental group showed higher theoretical scores, proficiency in surgical assistance, and doctor satisfaction compared to the control group (P < 0.001), with statistically significant differences between the groups. Conclusion: The credit-based management model significantly improves the training effectiveness of orthopedic specialty nurses in hospital operating rooms and warrants clinical promotion.
