摘  要:随着社会人口老龄化趋势的不断加剧,对专业养老护理人才的能力要求更高,护理人员需要具有较高的专业素养才能满足当代医疗健康发展的服务需求。“医养结合”是以医疗为保障,以康复为支撑,边医边养、综合治疗的养老新模式。在“医养融合”模式下,我国老年护理面临诸多挑战和问题,亟需识别和解决。养老机构必须明确对护理人员的核心能力要求,确保其具备满足老年人多样化需求的专业素质。分析国内外老年护理教育的发展现状,可以发现我国在教育体系和培养模式上存在的不足。针对这些问题,提出建立养老护理分层教育培养模式,以提高行业结构的合理性。重点培养养老护理人员的核心能力,以适应社会发展的需求。同时,建立科学、合理的评价体系,推动养老护理行业的协调有序发展。这些措施将有助于提升我国老年护理的整体水平,为老年人提供更优质的服务。With the increasing trend of aging population in society, there is a higher demand for professional elderly care talents. Nursing staff need to have high professional qualities to meet the service needs of contemporary medical and health development. The combination of medical care and elderly care is a new model of elderly care that relies on medical care as a guarantee, rehabilitation as a support, and comprehensive treatment at the same time. Under the “integration of medical care and elderly care” model, elderly care in China faces many challenges and problems that urgently need to be identified and solved. Elderly care institutions must clearly define the core competency requirements for nursing staff, ensuring that they possess professional qualities that meet the diverse needs of the elderly. Analyzing the current development status of elderly care education at home and abroad, it can be found that there are deficiencies in China’s education system and training mode.
