试论国际公法适用主体的发展

摘　　要：国际法发展过程中,由于受国际环境的影响,其国际法的适用主体并非一成不变,其适用主体也是有着自己的发展历程。因此,本文试着从适用主体发展的历程以及国际法适用主体发展的原因,去进一步探究出国际法适用主体的发展方向。同时,国际法适用主体的发展,关乎整个国际关系的稳定,关系全球范围内各个国家和地区、国际组织,甚至是跨国公司的切身利益,所以,对国际法适用主体的研究,能够更深入理解国际法,提供理论支撑。In the process of the development of international law, due to the influence of international environment, the applicable subject of international law is changed, and its applicable subject also has its own development history. Therefore, this paper tries to further explore the development direction of the applicable subject of international law from the development process and the reasons for the development of the applicable subject of international law. At the same time, the development of the applicable subject of international law is related to the stability of the entire international relations and the vital interests of all countries and regions, international organizations and even transnational corporations in the world. Therefore, the study of the applicable subject of international law can provide a deeper understanding of international law and theoretical support.
