新时代大学生网络犯罪的现状和预防对策探析——基于76例案例的实证研究

摘　　要：随着数字化时代的发展,网络普及率的提高,新时代大学生的心智发展在成熟期加速到来的同时也显现出了一些问题,其中新时代大学生的网络犯罪问题在社会视野中逐渐暴露并受到社会各界的广泛关注。本文采用内容分析法,在对76例真实案例进行内容研究分析的基础上,构建编码表进行数据统计分析,对新时代大学生网络犯罪的概况进行论述,结合案例对新时代大学生网络犯罪的成因就行分析,以期能够提出有效性的预防和治理新时代大学生网络犯罪的对策。With the development of the digital age and the improvement of network penetration rate, the mental development of college students in the new era accelerates in the mature period also shows some problems, among which the network crime of college students in the new era is gradually exposed in the social vision and widely concerned by all sectors of society. This paper adopts the content analysis method, on the basis of 76 cases of the content analysis, build coding table data statistical analysis, the general situation of the new era of college students’ network crime, combined with the case of the causes of the new era of college students network crime line analysis, in order to put forward the effectiveness of the prevention and governance of college students’ network crime countermeasures.
