摘 要:本实验以潜在固碳能源栅藻为对象,采用含有三种不同氮素的培养基(三种氮素分别为硝酸钠、硝酸铵、尿素)对其进行培养条件的优化,通过细胞计数、OD值测定以及对其产油率的测定,优化适合栅藻生长和高效产油的培养条件。结果表明:栅藻在含有硝酸钠的培养基中生长速度最快,细胞密度最大,产油率最高;在含有硝酸铵的培养基中生长状况次之;在含有尿素的培养基中生长速度最慢,细胞密度最小,产油率最低。This experiment to potential solid carbon energy Scenedesmus sp. as the object, containing three different nitrogen mediums (three nitrogen were nitrate sodium, ammonium nitrate and urea) for optimization of culture conditions and by cell counting, the OD value was measured, and the oil yield rate of determination and optimization for culture conditions of Scenedesmus sp. growth and high oil production. The results showed that the growth rate of Scenedesmus sp. in the medium containing sodium nitrate was the fastest, the cell density was the highest, and the oil production rate was the highest. Its growth in the medium containing ammonium nitrate was the second. In the medium containing urea, its growth rate was the slowest, the cell density was the lowest, and the oil production rate was the lowest.
