摘  要:为了能够在高速公路发生交通事故后快速有效地减轻交通拥堵,本文利用收费站数据建立高速公路车辆速度模型,根据速度阈值判断某一路段是否发生交通事故,根据事故持续时间提出了一种基于VISSIM仿真的管控决策方法。选取“排队长度”参数作为管控方案的评价指标,通过对事故上游的收费站入口禁行时间和入口数量进行管控。以山东青临高速公路某一路段为例,VISSIM仿真和实际应用结果表明:车辆速度模型的使用及管控方案的实施,具备科学的辅助决策作用,为高速公路的实时性管控提供了强有力的技术支持。In order to reduce traffic congestion quickly and accurately after traffic accidents on express ways, in this paper, we use toll station data to establish freeway vehicle speed model. According to the speed threshold, we can judge whether there is a traffic accident on a certain road. According to the duration of accidents, a decision-making method of management and control based on VISSIM simulation is proposed. The “queue length” parameter is selected as the evaluation index of the management and control scheme, and the prohibition time and the number of entrances at the charging stations upstream of the accident are controlled. Taking a typical expressway section in Shandong Province as an example, the results of VISSIM simulation and practical application show that: the use of vehicle speed model and the implementation of management and control scheme have a scientific assistant decision-making role, and provide a strong technical support for the real-time management and control of expressway.
