社会公平感、政治面貌、文化生活参与频度状况:公民政治参与影响因素研究——基于CGSS2021数据的实证分析

摘　　要：政治参与是现代民主政治的重要内容,也是民主政治发展的本质要求和重要尺度。本文基于CGSS2021年全国抽样调查数据,对我国公民政治参与行为的影响因素进行分析。研究发现,自变量社会公平感、政治面貌、文化生活参与频度状况对因变量“居民是否参与居委会选举”,进行二元Logit回归分析后,其相关性值均小于0.05,呈显著的正向影响。因此,这三个影响因素对公民政治参与行为具有正向促进作用。同时,人口学特征变量如性别、年龄和受教育程度在一定程度上也影响公民的政治参与行为。因此,增强居民社会公平感、充分发挥党员引领作用,提高公众政治参与兴趣、培养公众政治参与意识、增强公民之间人际信任关系、造就良好的社会环境等一系列对策应当是保障我国公民政治参与行为的治理之道。Political participation is an important content of modern democratic politics, but also the essential requirement and important measure of the development of democratic politics. Based on the data of CGSS2021, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of citizens’ political participation in China. It is found that the independent variables’ sense of social fairness, political status and frequency of cultural life participation on the dependent variable “whether residents participate in the neighborhood committee election”, showing a significant positive effect. Therefore, these three influencing factors have a positive promoting effect on citizen political participation behavior. Therefore, these three influencing factors have a positive promoting effect on citizen po-litical participation behavior. At the same time, demographic characteristic variables such as gender, age and education level also influence the political participation behavior of citizens to some extent. Therefore, we will enhance people’s sense of social equity and give full play to the leading role of Party members. A series of countermeasures such as improving citizens’ interest in political participation, cultivating public awareness of political participation, enhancing the interpersonal trust relationship between citizens, and creating a good network social environment should be the governance way to guarantee citizens’ political participation in China.
