商业派生菌株在药品微生物检验中的应用

摘　　要：商业派生菌株是由标准菌株派生出的菌株,具有可溯源性,使用时与工作菌株等效,本文介绍了商业派生菌株在药品微生物检验领域的无菌检查、微生物限度检查、抑菌效力检查、和检验质量控制等方面的应用,并分析了使用商业派生菌株的优缺点。Commercially derived strains are strains derived from standard strains. They are traceable and equivalent to working strains when used. This paper introduces the application of commercially derived strains in the field of pharmaceutical microbiological testing, such as sterility test, microbial limit test, bacteriostatic efficacy check, and inspection quality control. The advantages and disadvantages of using commercial derived strains are analyzed.
