四川省2010~2020年脑血管疾病死亡趋势的Joinpoint回归分析  

Trends of Cerebrovascular Diseases Mortality in Sichuan Province from 2010 to 2020 Based on Joinpoint Regression Analysis

摘　　要：收集《四川省统计年鉴》中2010~2020年脑血管疾病死亡率数据,通过Joinpoint回归模型描述2010~2020年四川省脑血管疾病死亡率随时间的变化走势,结果用年度变化百年率和平均年度变化百分率展示。文中结果展示2010~2020年四川省的脑血管疾病死亡率走势呈现先上升后下降的趋势,2010~2012年,平均每年以9.8%的速度上升,2012~2020年,平均以11.5%的速度下降。对于2010~2020年四川省脑血管疾病的分年龄别走势,与总体走势类似,呈现先上升后下降的趋势。The data of cerebrovascular disease mortality from 2010~2020 in the “Sichuan Provincial Statistical Yearbook” were collected, and the trend of cerebrovascular disease mortality in Sichuan Province over time from 2010~2020 was described by Joinpoint regression model. The results were presented by annual percent change (APC) and average annual percentage change (AAPC). The results in the paper demonstrates that the trend of cerebrovascular disease mortality in Sichuan province from 2010 to 2020 showed a trend of increase and then decrease, with an average annual increase of 9.8% from 2010 to 2012 and an average annual decrease of 11.5% from 2012 to 2020. For the trend of cerebrovascular disease by age in Sichuan Province in 2010~2020, it is similar to the overall trend, showing an upward and then downward trend.
