宁波市陪诊行业现状及市民满意度调查

摘　　要：随着现代医学的发展和社会经济的进步,人均寿命逐渐延长,人口老龄化问题愈加严重,宁波市老年人口中空巢老人占比目前已超过了50%。经济发展和家庭结构变迁导致很多空巢老人独自面对疾病比较困难。为了解决诸如老年人和“异乡人”等人群就诊的实际困难,陪诊师行业应需而生。专业的陪诊可大大改善老年群体以及年轻患者等人群的就医体验,是现代人性化医疗服务的重要组成部分。本文对宁波市陪诊服务的发展现状、接受度、满意度及发展前景进行了调查分析,希望为陪诊行业的发展提供参考。本文以宁波市为例,用分层多阶段抽样方式获取调查对象,采用问卷调查法获取市民对陪诊行业的态度和意见。将收回的870份问卷进行数据分析得出相关调查结论:患者对陪诊师的满意度比较高,并且接受意愿也比较高。就医情况和对陪诊的了解程度是影响选择陪诊服务的重要因素。陪诊行业的社会需求较大,有良好的市场前景。还需要建立行业规范和监管标准。With the development of modern medicine and social and economic progress, the average life expectancy has gradually increased, and the problem of population aging has become more and more serious, and the proportion of empty nesters in China’s elderly population has exceeded 50%. Economic development and changes in family structure have made it difficult for many empty nesters to face illness alone. In order to solve the practical difficulties of medical treatment for people such as the elderly and “strangers”, the escort profession was born in response to the need. This paper investigates and analyzes the development status, acceptance, satisfaction and development prospects of escort services in Ningbo, hoping to provide reference for the development of escort industry.
