摘　　要：近些年来,淄博市积极制定了一系列强有力的人才引进政策,取得了明显成效。本文剖析了淄博市人才政策的亮点及成效,并就其对周边地市的带动作用进行了阐述。In recent years, Zibo City has actively promulgated series of strong talent introducing policies, and achieved remarkable results. This paper analyzes the highlights and effects of Zibo talent policies, and expansively elaborates the pioneering example for the surrounding cities.
