摘　　要：为了应对全球气候温室效应恶化,保持地球的可持续发展,学术界出现了许多关于低碳经济的研究。其中低碳社区作为低碳经济城市化的重要组成部分,也一直以来是国内外学者们的研究重点,并且也取得了不菲的收获。本文对这些成果进行综述,阐述低碳社区研究的各个方面,包括低碳社区概念的提出与确定、低碳社区建设的影响因素、低碳社区的评估体系指标研究、低碳社区建设的案例研究等,以低碳社区的概念界定和案例建设为中心任务,总结低碳社区研究领域的学术研究成果,分析已有研究成果的局限性,并依此提出未来研究的发展趋势和重点方向。In order to cope with the deterioration of the global climate warming effect and maintain the sustainable development of the earth, there have been many studies on low-carbon economy in the academic circle. As an important part of low-carbon economic urbanization, low-carbon community has always been the focus of research by scholars at home and abroad, and has also achieved considerable harvest. To review these results, the paper expounds all aspects of the low carbon community research, including the concept of low carbon community and determination, the influence factors of low carbon community construction, low carbon community evaluation system index research, case study of low carbon community construction, etc. To define the concept of low carbon community and case construction as the central task, this paper summarizes the academic research results in the field of low carbon community research, analyzes the limitations of the existing research results and puts forward the development trend and key direction of future research.
