摘　　要：随着中国市场经济的不断发展和人民收入水平的日益提高,美食旅游逐渐成为了一种倍受推崇的旅游方式,以品味旅游目的地特色美食、感受饮食文化为主要目的的游客日益增多。河北位于华北平原,拥有悠长的历史,丰富的美食资源,天然的资源优势使得河北美食旅游资源市场的开发前景一片大好。本文使用SWOT分析法,就河北美食旅游的现状,从旅游者的角度对河北美食旅游的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁方面进行分析和评价,探索河北美食旅游开发的主要问题,并借此研究发展路径。Food tourism has gradually become a popular way to travel, to taste the characteristics of the tourist destination food, feel the food culture as the main purpose of tourists increasing. Hebei is located in the North China Plain, has a long history, rich food resources, the innate resource ad-vantages make Hebei food tourism resource market development prospects are very broad. In this paper, SWOT analysis is used to analyze and evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Hebei cuisine tourism from the perspective of tourists, based on the current situation of Hebei cuisine tourism, to explore the main problems in the development of Hebei cuisine tourism, and to study the development path.
