高校低碳校园规划与建设路径研究

摘　　要：实现2030年前碳达峰、2060年前碳中和(简称“双碳”目标)是党中央经过深思熟虑作出的重大战略部署,也是有世界意义的应对气候变化的庄严承诺。相比于世界上其他几大主要经济体,我国的“双碳”目标是要求最高、时间最为紧迫的。而为了实现这个目标,就需要倡导我国人民践行低碳生活。“低碳生活”即减少生活能源消耗以降低二氧化碳排放、降低空气污染、缓解生态恶化的全新的环保可持续生活方式。在社会阶层里,高校生人数多,能够接受新事物,并且广泛分布于全国各地,是低碳生活的有力践行者,也是我国未来实现“双碳”的中坚力量。研究高校高校低碳校园规划与建设路径,推进绿色校园建设,进而应对世界气候变化,实现可持续发展目标具有重要意义。Achieving the carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 (referred to as the “dual carbon” goals) is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee after careful consid-eration, and also a solemn commitment of global significance to address climate change. Compared to the other major economies in the world, China’s “dual carbon” goal is the most demanding and urgent. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to advocate for the Chinese people to practice low-carbon living. “Low carbon livingrefers” to a new environmentally sustainable lifestyle that reduces energy consumption to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, reduce air pollution, and alleviate ecological degradation. In the social class, there are a large number of college students who are able to accept new things and are widely distributed throughout the country. They are powerful practitioners of low-carbon life and the backbone of China’s future realization of “dual carbon”. It is of great significance to study the planning and construction path of low-carbon campuses in universities, promote the construction of green campuses, and address global climate change to achieve sustainable development goals.
