摘 要:线性稳压电源采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,使用内部数模转换DAC控制方法,以功率管线性电路为核心电路,实现直流线性稳压电源。单片机输出模拟电压之后,经过OP07运算放大器以及跟随器控制功率管TIP122的基极电压,进而控制输出电压。电路使用高精度采样芯片ADS1256采集直流电压反馈至单片机通过PID算法调节DAC输出的电压大小。经实际研究,改进了减少输出电压纹波的方法。本电源输出电压较为稳定,负载调整率在1%以下。本电源在市电供电时能够输出稳定0~9.9 V可调的直流电压,支持预设电压值以及电流限流值,并设有过流短路保护、输出波形改变功能,输出的电压纹波不超过30 mV。The linear stabilized power supply adopts STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, uses the internal digital-to-analog conversion DAC control method, and uses the power tube linear circuit as the core circuit to realize the DC linear stabilized power supply. After the single-chip microcomputer outputs the analog voltage, the OP07 operational amplifier and follower control the base voltage of the power tube TIP122, and then control the output voltage.
