摘　　要：高校工会工作是高校工作中不可缺少的一部分,随着高校工会工作地位不断提高,其作用日趋明显。高校是科技成果的主产区,教师是科技成果的主导者。如何将教师技术成果在新旧动能转换中推向社会,使之更好地服务于社会经济、推动国家新形势的发展和现代化的进程,是高校工会工作的重要内容。本文以高校教师在成果转化中的困难着手,挖掘工会作用,引导科研工作和经济社会发展需求更加紧密结合, 为支撑经济发展转型升级提供了源源不断的有效成果,从而促进改革完善科技评价考核机制和科技成果转化。The work of trade unions is anindispensable part of the work of colleges and universities.With thecontinuous improvement of the status of trade unions,their role is becomingincreasingly obvious.Colleges and universities are the main production areasof S&T achievements,and teachers are the leaders of S&Tachievements.It is an important part of trade union work how to push teachers’technical achievements into society in the transformation of old/new kineticenergy,so as to better serve the social economy and the country.This reportstarts with the difficulties of university teachers in the transformation ofachievements,and carries out the positive effect of trade union.It is hopedthat scientific research work and the needs of economic and social developmentwill be more closely integrated,providing continuous and effective results tosupport the transformation and upgrading of economic development.Finally,itwill promote the reform and improvement of the evaluation mechanism of S&Tachievements.
