摘 要:北京市商务局发布的关于进一步繁荣北京夜城经济促进消费增长的措施,将打造具有全球知名度的“夜城”消费品牌。为回应该呼吁,我们就市民对夜间经济的物流派递服务的满意程度进行了调查。顾客满意是顾客忠诚的基本要求。掌握的现状满意,企业可以理解和衡量客户的需求,找出服务的不足,做出相应的改进措施,并帮助企业有限的资源集中到客户最看重的方面,从而达到建设和提高客户忠诚度的目的和留住客户。根据实际调查数据,分析北京夜间经济影响下的物流配送满意度,找出存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。Issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Beijing on Further Prosperity of the night Economy to promote consumption growth measures, the city will create a global visibility of the “night city” consumer brand. In response to the call, we conducted a survey on people’s satisfaction with logistics delivery in the night economy. Customer satisfaction is the basic requirement of customer loyalty. To master the current situation of satisfaction, enterprises can understand and measure customer needs, find out the shortcomings of service, make corresponding improvement measures, and help enterprises focus their limited resources on the most important aspects of customers, so as to achieve the purpose of building and enhancing customer loyalty and retaining customers. According to the actual survey data, this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of lo-gistics distribution under the influence of Beijing night economy, finds out the existing problems, and tries to solve them by making some suggestions.
