动车运用所机械师工作满意度提升研究

摘　　要：现阶段,随着高铁运输的不断发展,对于动车组机械师的要求也越来越高,动车组机械师高效作业已经成为一种必然趋势,为向“强基达标,提质增效”工作目标前进,分析机械师的工作满意度是大势所趋。本文运用统计软件分析工作满意度现状及其影响要素,结果显示:动车运用所机械师工作满意度不高;工作–生活冲突问题较为严重;学历差异对职工工作满意度有一定的影响。最后,针对性提出以下建议:高度重视机械师的工作满意度问题;设置心理疏导工作室;关注机械师的工作–生活冲突问题;关注不同学历职工的差异诉求;定期开展职业发展规划主题宣讲会。At present, with the continuous development of high-speed train transportation, the requirements for high-speed train mechanists are also increasing. The efficient operation of high-speed train mechanists has become an inevitable trend. In order to advance towards the goal of “strengthening the foundation and meeting standards, improving quality and efficiency”, analyzing the job satisfac-tion of mechanists is the trend. In this paper, using statistical software to analyze the current situation of job satisfaction and its influencing factors, the results show that the job satisfaction of mechanists in the high-speed train operation institute is not high;the issue of work-life conflict is relatively serious;and educational differences have a certain impact on employee job satisfaction. Finally, the following targeted suggestions are proposed: attach great importance to the issue of job satisfaction for mechanists;set up a psychological counseling studio;pay attention to the work-life conflict issues of mechanists;pay attention to the different demands of employees with different educational backgrounds;and regularly hold professional development planning themed lectures.
