摘　　要：整理近10年来针灸治疗脑梗塞恢复期的临床试验,发现针药联合疗法、针灸联合康复疗法及中西医结合疗法较为常用。针灸疗法,作为最早应用于脑梗塞恢复期治疗的手段,疗效已经得到国内外的认可,如何将中医辨证论治与脑梗塞恢复期的有关现代研究相结合,以期提高本病的临床疗效以及研究质量值得思考。通过整理过去的临床研究,探究针刺对脑梗塞恢复期的治疗效果,为针刺治疗脑梗塞恢复期提供指导。In the past five years, the clinical trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke sequelae have been sorted out. It is found that acupuncture and medicine combined therapy, acu-puncture and rehabilitation therapy and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine are more commonly used. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, as the first method to be used in the treatment of stroke sequelae, has been recognized at home and abroad. How to combine TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with modern research on stroke sequelae to improve the clinical efficacy and research quality of this disease is worth thinking.
