摘　　要：曲妥珠单抗是针对人类表皮生长因子受体2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, HER-2)基因突变型乳腺癌靶向治疗的首选药物。心脏毒性是其最主要的不良反应之一。西医治疗手段主要以对症治疗为主,临床使用存在一定的局限性。中医药对治疗靶向药物心脏毒性具有一定的优势。本文对曲妥珠单抗所致乳腺癌患者心脏毒性的中西医结合治疗进行综述。Trastuzumab is the drug of choice for targeted therapy of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) gene mutant breast cancer. Cardiotoxicity is one of its main adverse effects. Western medicine treatment methods are mainly symptomatic treatment, and there are certain limitations in clinical use. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating cardiotoxicity of targeted therapy. This article reviews the treatment of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the cardiotoxicity of breast cancer patients caused by trastuzumab.
