红花多糖抗肿瘤的现代医学研究及在乳腺癌治疗中的探索

摘　　要：红花是一种传统的活血化瘀药,味辛、性温,归心、肝经,入血分,有活血通经、祛瘀止痛的功效。红花多糖(Safflower Polysaccharide, SPS)是从红花中提取的有效活性成分,主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、提高机体免疫力和抑制血管生成等途经达到抗肿瘤的功效。乳腺癌是我国发病率上升最快的恶性肿瘤之一,也是世界女性恶性肿瘤发病率第一,在治疗乳腺癌的应用中,红花多糖能够通过调控基因表达、阻断信号通路从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,促进其凋亡,可以成为从中药中开发抗肿瘤药物新的探索方向。Safflower is a traditional medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It has a pungent taste and warm nature. It can return to the heart and the liver meridian and enter the blood. Safflower Polysaccharide (SPS) is an effective active component extracted from Saf-flower. It has anti-tumor effects mainly by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, improving body immunity and inhibiting angiogenesis. Breast cancer is one of the fastest rising incidences of malignant tumors in our country, is the most common malignancy among women in the world. In the treatment of breast cancer, safflower polysaccharide can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and promote their apoptosis by regulating gene expression and blocking signaling pathways. It can be a new exploration direction to develop anti-tumor drugs from traditional Chinese medicine.
