三味中草药对高血糖模型动物的影响及其作用的研究

摘  要:为探究山药、枸杞、玉米须三味中草药降血糖、降血脂作用及联合使用的作用效果。比较这三味药物不同剂量对其药效的影响。本试验共设6组,分别是标准组、胰岛素组、山药组、枸杞组、玉米须组、联合组。在实验操作过程中,长期饲喂高糖高脂的食物,此方法成功率低,个体差异大,因此使用化学药物进行诱导。实验时间为21天,前7天进行建模,后14天进行喂药观察,并检测生理指标、血糖指标、总胆固醇(TC)指标等进行检测。实验结果表明,枸杞、玉米须、山药能够降低高血糖模型兔子的血糖和血脂水平,其中玉米须效果显著且三者联合应用效果更明显,具有协同作用。To investigate the hypoglycaemic and hypolipidaemic effects of three herbs, namely, yam, wolf-berry and cornus, and the effects of their combined use, the effects of different doses of these three herbs on their efficacy were compared. Six groups were set up in this experiment, namely the standard group, insulin group, yam group, wolfberry group, maize mullein group and combined group. During the experimental operation, high sugar and high fat food was fed for a long time, the success rate of this method was low and individual differences were large, so chemical drugs were used for induction. The experiment was conducted for 21 days, the first 7 days for modelling and the last 14 days for feeding observation and testing of physiological indicators, blood glucose indicators and total cholesterol (TC) indicators for testing. The experimental results showed that Lycium barbarum, maize whiskers and yams were able to reduce the blood glucose and lipid levels of rabbits in the hyperglycaemic model, with maize whiskers having a significant effect and the combination of the three having a more obvious and synergistic effect.
