摘　　要：二十四节气是中国古人通过观察太阳周年运动对地球的影响而形成的时间观与实践观。《黄帝内经》基于天人合一的思想,把“二十四节气”理论纳入中医理论体系,自此“顺二十四节气养生”、“六气主司”被中医广泛运用于中医学的理论阐释、疾病治疗与预防。《素问》中未见能完全诠释“节气”与中医关系。本文将从“二十四节气”的发展源流,《内经》和《伤寒杂病论》的天人合一思想,一气周流的思想,术数中的象思维,子午流注学说等角度浅议“二十四节气”与十二脏腑(包括心包)关系,丰富中医学中“时间医学”与“顺时养生”理论,更好指导临床疾病预防、诊断、治疗及养生保健等。The 24 solar terms are the time view and practice view formed by the ancient Chinese by observing the influence of the annual movement of the sun on the earth. Based on the idea of the unity of nature and man, the theory of the twenty-four solar terms was incorporated into the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Huangdi Neijing. Since then, “Cultivation of health according to the twenty-four solar terms” and “six qi governing division” have been widely used in the theoretical interpretation, disease treatment and prevention of TCM. There is no correct interpretation of the relationship between “solar terms” and traditional Chinese medicine in Plain Questions. This article from the origin of the development of “twenty-four solar terms”, and Typhoid Miscellaneous Disease Theory in Neijing, the nature of thought, in the thought of traveling, the fortunes of like thinking, meridian lingers theory summary of terms such as “twenty-four solar terms” relation with twelve zang-fu organs (including pericardium), rich in the traditional Chinese medicine “medicine” and the “chronological keeping in good health” theory, To better guide clinical disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and health care.
