合谷穴的穴性及临床应用

摘　　要：合谷穴是针灸临床应用频率极高的腧穴,合谷穴具有“疏风解表,清解热邪”“养血活血,祛瘀通络”“理气通腑,健脾和胃”“通关开窍,镇静安神”“舒筋活络,通经止痛”的作用。历代医家记载了大量关于合谷主治功用的文献资料,应用广泛,条理清晰。现代研究发现合谷穴主治头面部等经脉所过疾病,是治疗面口部的腧穴。为了进一步分析合谷穴的穴性特点,本文主要对合谷穴的穴名、定位、临床应用情况进行综述,以便灵活应用,充分发挥合谷穴的治疗作用。Hegu acupoint is an acupoint with high frequency of clinical application of acupuncture and mox-ibustion. Hegu acupoint has the functions of “dispelling wind and relieving exterior, clearing away heat evil”, “nourishing blood and activating blood, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals”, “regulating qi and dredging fu-organs, invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach”, “dredging and opening orifices, calming and tranquilizing”, “relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, dredging meridians and relieving pain”. Doctors in the past dynasties have recorded a large number of literatures on the functions of Hegu, which are widely used and clearly organized. Modern research has found that Hegu is mainly used to treat diseases of meridians such as head and face, especially for the treatment of facial and mouth areas. In order to further analyze the characteristics of Hegu acupoint, this paper mainly reviews the name, location and clinical application of Hegu acupoint, so as to flexibly apply and give full play to the therapeutic effect of Hegu acupoint.
