摘　　要：马培之为孟河医派代表医家,医术精湛,尤擅长外科疾病的治疗。据其治疗的疾病记载,部分为现代医学所认识的肿瘤疾病,其治疗经验丰富,脉证详实。在肿瘤疾病的治疗上,他重视病理,详解病机,在中医理论思想指导下,辨证施治,方药显现出孟河用药和缓的特色,用药时时顾护患者正气,治疗手法多样,内外兼施,明确疾病的预后及发展趋势,为治疗提供指导意义。马培之对肿瘤疾病辨治的独到见解及处方用药特色,有较高的临床实用价值及指导意义。Ma Peizhi is a representative physician of the Menghe School of Medicine, known for his exceptional medical skills and expertise in treating external diseases. Based on the recorded cases, some of the diseases he treats are tumor diseases acknowledged in modern medicine. He possesses a wealth of treatment experience and demonstrates a detailed understanding of pulse syndromes. In his ap-proach to treating tumor diseases, Ma Peizhi places great emphasis on pathology and provides comprehensive explanations of the underlying pathogenesis. Guided by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, he tailors treatments based on careful differentiation of symptoms and signs. The prescriptions used showcase the gentle and mild characteristics of Menghe’s medications, while prioritizing the patient’s positive qi. Ma Peizhi employs diverse treatment methods, both internal and external, to elucidate the disease prognosis and development trends, offering valuable guid-ance for treatment. His unique insights into the differentiation and treatment of tumor diseases, coupled with the distinct characteristics of his prescription medications, hold significant clinical practical value and offer valuable guidance.
