摘　　要：《伤科补要》作为中医伤科学历史发展长河中学术价值较高的一本伤科专著,由清代伤科医家钱秀昌所著,其不仅总结之前医家的经验,而且在此基础之上加以创新,改进治伤器具,提出自己的学术观点。本文将从骨度穴部、伤科脉诊、中医手法、治伤各法等方面浅谈该书在中医伤科学上的学术价值。As a monograph with high academic value in the long history of the development of orthopedics and traumatology of TCM, Amplification on Injuries was written by the Qing Dynasty traumatology doctor Qian Xiuchang. It not only summarized the previous experience of doctors, but also made innova-tions on this basis, improved the equipment for treating injuries, and put forward its own academic views. This article will talk about the academic value of the book in the orthopedics and traumatol-ogy of TCM from the aspects of bone point, pulse diagnosis in traumatology, traditional Chinese medicine techniques, and various methods of injury treatment.
