侯氏黑散治疗缺血性中风的研究进展

摘　　要：在祖国医学的观点中,缺血性脑血管疾病被视为“中风”疾病是其中一个重要组成部分。最近几年的研究报告指出,经方侯氏黑散能够通过其降低血压、减少血脂和优化微循环的核心机制,为缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗带来显著的效果。同时还证实了该方药有良好的降低血液粘度的作用。这个药方源于《金匮要略•中风历节病篇》,并被医圣张仲景视为治疗中风的首选药方。该方以柴胡疏肝散合当归四逆汤为主药组方而成,并随症加减变化而有不同功用。从仲景的描述中,我们可以看出中风这一疾病已经形成了“内虚邪中”与“风药治风”的学术观点。因此,我们认为该方应成为防治缺血性脑血管病的重要基础方之一。本研究旨在深入探索侯氏黑散在治疗缺血性脑血管疾病中的作用机制,期望为后续的深度研究和临床实践提供有益的指导和参照。From the point of view of medicine in the motherland, ischemic cerebrovascular disease is regarded as a “stroke” disease and is an important part of it. In recent years, research reports have pointed out that Jingfang Hou’s Heisan can bring significant results to the treatment of ischemic cerebro-vascular diseases through its core mechanism of lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipids and optimizing microcirculation. At the same time, it was also confirmed that the prescription has a good effect on reducing blood viscosity. This prescription originated from the “Jin Kui Yao Lue: Stroke Calendar Disease”, and was regarded by the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing as the first choice for the treatment of stroke. This formula is made of Bupleurum Shugan Sanhe Angelica Sinensis Si Reverse Decoction as the main medicine, and has different functions with the addition and subtrac-tion of symptoms. From Zhongjing’s description, we can see that the disease of stroke has formed an academic viewpoint of “inner deficiency and evil” and “wind medicine cures wind”. Therefore, we believe that this prescription should become one of the important basic prescriptions for the pre-vention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to ex-plore the mechanism of action of Hou’s black san in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular dis-eases, and to provide useful guidance and reference for subsequent in-depth research and clinical practice.
