摘 要:近年来,食管癌于我国呈现高发态势,因其早期发病隐匿、症状相对不明显的特点,往往在发现时就已进入中晚期。然而单一的治疗方式对中晚期食管癌的疗效较差,目前食管癌的治疗方案以手术治疗、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等为主的多学科综合治疗,但治疗后的5年生存率仍不高。因此,本文通过分析已发表的相关文献,结合临床经验,总结食管癌中西医结合治疗的现状,以供临床参考。In recent years, esophageal cancer has shown a high incidence in China. Due to its insidious early onset and relatively insignificant symptoms, it often enters the middle and late stages when it is found. However, the efficacy of single treatment modality for middle and advanced esophageal cancer is poor. Currently, the treatment plan for esophageal cancer is multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mainly based on surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, etc., but the 5-year survival rate after treatment is still not high. Therefore, this paper summarizes the current status of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of esophageal cancer by analyzing the published relevant literature and combining clinical experience for clinical reference.
