基于“百病皆生于气”浅析针刺结合橘核丸治疗颈部脂肪瘤1例

摘　　要：颈部脂肪瘤是一种由成熟的脂肪细胞聚积而成的良性肿瘤,它的生长部位较为特殊,可能对患者的外观和颈部功能产生一定的影响,包括压迫神经、限制颈部活动及影响呼吸和吞咽功能。而临床基于“百病皆生于气”,通过针刺结合橘核丸调节气血运行、疏通经络,调整人体的阴阳平衡和气机升降,可达到较好的临床疗效。Cervical lipoma is a benign tumor composed of mature fat cells. Its growth in a particular location may have certain effects on the appearance and function of the neck in patients, including nerve compression, restricted neck movement, and impacts on breathing and swallowing functions. Based on the clinical principle of “All Diseases Originate from Qi,” regulating the circulation of Qi and blood, dredging meridians, and adjusting the balance of yin and yang and the ascending and descending of Qi in the body through acupuncture combined with Juhewan Pill can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.
