神农益智解郁丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究神农益智解郁丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法:选用80例脑卒中后抑郁的患者,将其随机分为两组,各40例。对照组予以草酸艾司西酞普兰片、二级预防及心理疏导治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用神农益智解郁丸口服,疗程结束后比较两组HAMD评分、PSQI评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数。结果:治疗前,两组患者的HAMD评分、PSQI评分、NIHSS评分及Barthel指数无显著性变化(P > 0.05),治疗后,观察组的HAMD评分、PSQI评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:神农益智解郁丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁有明显的临床疗效,它不仅可以有效改善患者的抑郁状况、睡眠质量,而且有利于患者神经功能缺损的恢复,并能提高卒中后抑郁患者的日常生活活动能力。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shennong Yizhi Jieyu Pill in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods: Eighty patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets, secondary prevention, and psychological counseling. The observation group was additionally administered Shennong Yizhi Jieyu Pill orally based on the control group’s treatment. After the course of treatment, the HAMD score, PSQI score, NIHSS score, and Barthel index were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in HAMD score, PSQI score, NIHSS score, and Barthel index between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the observation group showed better outcomes in terms of HAMD score, PSQI score, NIHSS score, and Barthel index compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shennong Yizhi Jieyu Pill has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression. It can not only effectively improve patients’ depression and sleep quality but also facilitate the recovery of neurological deficits and enhance the daily living activities of patients with post-stroke depression.
