摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛作为带状疱疹最常见并发症,病情缠绵,严重影响患者生活质量,中医对治疗本病有其特殊优势,本文分析带状疱疹后遗神经痛的病因病机,针刺治疗,并对中药内服、外治的研究进展进行综述。As the most common complication of herpes zoster, postherpetic neuralgia is a persistent condition that seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has its special advantages in treating this disease. This article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of postherpetic neuralgia, acupuncture treatment, and reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine oral and external treatment.
