中药调控STAT3信号通路防治高血压的研究进展

摘　　要：高血压是最常见的心血管疾病,是全球负担最为严重的疾病,也是我国面临的重要公共卫生问题。近年研究发现,信号传导与转录激活因子(STAT) 3信号通路在高血压发生和发展中具有重要作用。研究表明,STAT3信号通路,因其具有调控基因表达与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及免疫应答、炎症反应等作用,从而延缓或治疗高血压。现本文就STAT3信号通路与高血压的联系进行阐述,并对调控STAT3信号通路的中药单体及复方进行总结,以期为中医药防治高血压提供参考和思路。Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease, the most serious disease in the world, and an important public health problem facing our country. In recent years, it has been found that STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension. Studies have shown that the STAT3 signaling pathway has the effect of delaying and treating hypertension, because of its regulation of gene expression and cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, immune response, inflammation, and other effects. In this paper, the relationship between STAT3 signaling pathway and hypertension is elaborated, and the traditional Chinese medicine monomers and compound prescriptions that regulate STAT3 signaling pathway are summarized, in order to provide reference and ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine.
