摘　　要：俗话说十人九胃,人食五谷杂粮,孰能无疾?自古以来,人们重视饮食消化问题,对消化系统疾病的研究从未停止,传统中医对治CAG诊疗经验层出不穷,不仅有完整的辨证论治体系,还发展了很多符合现阶段CAG疾病演变的特色疗法,本文基于幽门螺杆菌感染、六郁、升降、浊毒理论、从痈论治等多角度取材,论述现代医家治疗CAG的临床经验,以期为CAG的治疗提供开放性思路。As the saying goes, ten people nine stomachs, people eat cereals, which can be disease-free? Since ancient times, people have paid attention to the problem of diet digestion, and the research on digestive system diseases has never stopped. The experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CAG has emerged in an endless stream. It not only has a complete syndrome differentiation and treatment system, but also has developed many characteristic therapies in line with the evolution of CAG diseases at this stage. Based on the theory of Helicobacter pylori infection, six depressions, ascending and descending, turbidity and toxin, and the treatment of carbuncle, this paper discusses the clinical experience of modern doctors in the treatment of CAG, in order to provide open ideas for the treatment of CAG.
