摘  要:脑出血系常见的急性血管出血性疾病,其发病的机制复杂,包括炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、血脑屏障破坏等。近些年,全球各地的研究者们开始重视利用分子级别和相关途径来处理脑出血的问题,其中P38丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)被发现能刺激炎症反应、增加氧气消耗、引发神经细胞的破坏与死亡、恶化脑部的水肿状况并调控血液–大脑屏障等因素,这些都可能导致ICH后的次级伤害进一步扩大,因此对这个路径的控制有可能变成新的治疗目标。运用中医药治疗ICH的疗效明显,安全性高。本文将概述MAPK通路在脑出血中的功能和中医药干预的最新研究进展。Cerebral hemorrhage is a common acute vascular hemorrhagic disease. Its pathogenesis is complex, including inflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis, and destruction of the blood-brain barrier. In recent years, researchers around the world have begun to pay attention to the use of molecular levels and related pathways to deal with cerebral hemorrhage, in which P38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK) has been found to stimulate inflammation, increase oxygen consumption, cause the destruction and death of nerve cells, worsen brain edema and regulate the blood-brain barrier and other factors. These can lead to further expansion of secondary damage after ICH, so the control of this pathway may become a new therapeutic target. The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ICH has obvious curative effect and high safety. In this paper, the function of MAPK pathway in cerebral hemorrhage and the latest research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention are reviewed.
