摘　　要：民众的身心健康乃至关重要之事。在科技高速发展的当下,医疗资源日益丰富,医疗技术持续进步,新兴康养院亦不断出现。然而,患者治疗与康复治疗的实际效果及体验仍有提升空间,亚健康人群优化生活方式在日常生活中的落实也迫在眉睫。古老而经典的《黄帝内经》蕴含着跨越时空的生命哲学观,它引导人们依据自然法则养生治病,有机融合医疗与养生,以养生为侧重点,从而提高患者治愈率、降低复发率,并且为亚健康人群提供恰当的身心保健方法。基于此,依据《黄帝内经》的生命哲学观开展身心医养工作,旨在使其融入日常生活,达成医养一体化,增强其可操作性与有效性,进而积极推动民众身心健康事业的发展。The physical and mental well-being of the public is of utmost importance. In this era of rapid technological advancement, medical resources are increasingly abundant, medical technology continues to progress, and new wellness centers are constantly emerging. However, there is still room for improvement in the actual effectiveness and experience of patient treatment and rehabilitation therapy. Moreover, it is imperative to optimize the lifestyles of sub-healthy individuals in their daily lives. The ancient and classic “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon” embodies a timeless philosophy of life, guiding individuals to maintain health and treat illnesses in accordance with natural laws. It seamlessly integrates medical treatment with wellness, emphasizing health preservation. This approach enhances patient cure rates, reduces recurrence rates, and offers tailored physical and mental health care methods for sub-healthy individuals. Based on this, we implement wellness practices guided by the life philosophy of the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon”, aiming to seamlessly integrate them into daily life, achieve a holistic approach to medical care and wellness, enhance its practicality and effectiveness, and actively promote
