摘　　要：萎缩性胃炎是一种常见的消化系统疾病,孙雪英主任总结多年临床经验,认为该病病机虚、实、寒、热错杂,其中虚以脾虚常见,实以肝郁气滞为主,常兼湿邪、血瘀。临床上,患者往往多种病机错杂,故应辨证论治,处方用药随症加减。现择取二则典型医案,分享孙雪英主任治疗萎缩性胃炎的经验。Atrophic gastritis is a common digestive system disease. Director Sun Xueying has summarized years of clinical experience and believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is a mix of deficiency, excess, cold, and heat. Among them, deficiency is commonly caused by spleen deficiency, while excess is mainly caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, often accompanied by dampness and blood stasis. In clinical practice, patients often have multiple complex pathological mechanisms, so diagnosis and treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation, and prescription medication should be adjusted according to the symptoms.
