职业技能大赛驱动下的《仓储与配送实训》课程改革

摘　　要：为满足企业对于物流管理专业毕业生岗位能力的需求,将物流管理专业技能大赛融入实训教学的以提高毕业生的综合能力。通过分析职业技能大赛对职业教育在各方面的影响,并结合我校在《仓储与配送实训》教学中存在的问题,提出了基于工匠精神渗透实训教学、建立课赛融合课程体系以及体现团队合作精神的综合考核评价的课程改革方案,以达到提高我校物流管理专业人才培养质量的效果,从而更好的服务西南区域物流行业市场。In order to meet the needs of enterprises for the post ability of logistics management graduates, the logistics management skill competition is integrated into the practical teaching to improve the comprehensive ability of graduates. Through analyzing the influence of the professional skill contest on the vocational education in various aspects, and combining the problems existing in the teaching of “storage and distribution practice” in our school, in order to improve the training quality of logistics management professionals in our university, this paper puts forward a curriculum reform plan based on the spirit of artisans infiltrating the practical teaching, setting up the course system of course integration between courses and competitions, and comprehensive evaluation, in order to better serve the southwest regional logistics industry market.
