浅谈中职学校德育课中工匠精神的渗透

摘  要:职业教育为我国培育了大量的劳动人才,为提高就业率做出了卓越的贡献。随着社会的进步和经济总量的不断提升,我国正在由制造业大国向制造业强国转变,在这个转变过程中,劳动人才精益求精的工匠精神发挥着重要的作用。中职学校作为培育高素质技能型人才的培育基地,必须着重培育学生的工匠精神。随着新课改的不断深入,德育越来越受到重视,教师也在使用各种方法来增强德育的有效性。将“工匠精神”融入到中职德育教学中,有利于培育学生的职业精神,健全中职学生的人格,使他们成为社会所需要的技能型人才,也有助于实现德育的有效性。本文将分析“工匠精神”在融入中职德育教学中遇到的问题,并针对问题提出有效的对策建议。Vocational education has trained a large number of labor talents for China and made outstanding contributions to improve the employment rate. With the progress of society and the continuous improvement of economic aggregate, China is transforming from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. In this transformation process, the craftsman spirit of labor talents striving for perfection plays an important role. Secondary vocational schools, as the training base of high quality skilled personnel, must focus on cultivating students’ craftsman spirit. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, moral education has been paid more and more attention, and teachers are using various methods to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. Integrating “craftsman spirit” into moral education in secondary vocational schools is conducive to cultivating students’ professional spirit, perfecting their personality, making them become skilled talents needed by the society, and also helping to realize the effectiveness of moral education. This paper will analyze the problems encountered in the integration of “craftsman spirit” into secondary vocational moral education teaching, and put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.
