基于“课证融通”的高职生态化课程建设策略

摘  要:类型教育社会地位的确立和维护是新《职业教育法》即将实施之后职教界改革创新的难点重点。人们获取社会身份地位的惯常途径,是满足岗位工作角色认同需求,从企业岗位劳动实现技术技能价值,提供满足需求的途径手段。本文分析了X证书通过工作角色履责,确立技术技能人才社会角色地位的功能作用;发现X证书价值实现的生态领域是岗位工作角色育训;指出以校企合作共同体建设为治理起点,采用职教课程融入手段,采取从“课程匹配”到“工作适应”的融入路径,是X证书融入人才培养方案生态化策略的关键举措。The establishment and maintenance of the social status of type education is the key point of the reform and innovation of the vocational education circle after the implementation of the new vocational education law. The usual way for people to obtain social status is to meet the needs of job role identification, to realize the value of technical skills from the position of enterprise labor, and to provide the means to meet the needs. This paper analyzes the function of X certificate in establishing the social role status of technical talents through work role, and finds that the ecological field of X certificate value realization is job role training. It points out that taking the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation community as the starting point of governance, adopting the means of integrating vocational education courses, and adopting the integration path from “Curriculum matching” to “Work adaptation”, are the key measures that X certificate is integrated into the ecological strategy of talent training program.
