摘　　要：军队院校推进实战化教学训练是军队人才培养的重中之重。针对当前军队院校教员教学能力与实战化教学要求不相匹配的现象,本文详细分析了实战背景下教学能力建设的意义,总结归纳了教员实战化教学能力建设的现状及存在的问题,提出了加强教员实战化教学能力建设的建议措施。以期引领教员全面落实实战化教学训练要求。It is the most important thing to promote actual combat teaching and training in military academies. At present, the teaching ability of teachers in military academies does not match the requirements of actual combat teaching. In view of this phenomenon, this paper has done three tasks. Firstly, the significance of teaching ability construction under the background of actual combat is analyzed in detail. The second part summarizes the current situation and existing problems of teachers’ practical teaching ability construction. Lastly, some suggestions and measures are put forward to strengthen the construction of teachers’ practical teaching ability.
