摘　　要：校园文化在高职院校落实立德树人根本任务和推进文化育人建设中发挥着重要作用。本研究在分析高职院校特色校园文化建设存在问题的基础上,探究可能的建设路径,强调特色校园文化建设要凝聚学校核心价值观、传承和创新中华优秀传统文化、促进与企业文化的融合发展,在培育校园精神文化实现价值育人、优化校园物质文化实现环境育人、发展校园行为文化实现导向育人、完善校园制度文化实现管理育人等方面彰显职业特点和院校特色,营造文化育人的良好氛围。Campus culture plays an important role in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and promoting cultural education in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of existing problems in the construction of distinctive campus culture in higher vocational colleges, this study explores possible construction paths, emphasizing that the construction of distinctive campus culture should focus on integrating the school’s core values, inheriting and innovating Chinese excellent traditional culture, promoting the integration and development of enterprise culture, cultivating campus spiritual and cultural values, optimize the educational environment through material culture, guide student behavior through cultural development, and enhance student development through institutional management, thereby demonstrating professional characteristics and institutional features, creating a favorable atmosphere for cultural education.
